These are the terms for using Prillo. Prillo is a trading name of Reliable Services Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 00000000. Registered office: 1 Example Street, London EC1A 1AA. Contact us at hello@prillo.example.
What Prillo is
Prillo helps homeowners describe building work, ask builders for quotes and follow the job, and helps builders price, send quotes and run jobs. We provide the software.
We’re not part of any building contract. A quote, and the job that follows when it’s accepted, is between the homeowner and the builder. We don’t do the work, check it, or guarantee it, and we don’t hold anyone’s money. Check a builder’s insurance and references yourself before you agree to anything.
Estimates, guides and figures in Prillo help you plan; they aren’t professional advice. For permissions, building regulations, structural work and party walls, ask the right professional.
Your account
- Give true details and keep your sign-in safe. You’re responsible for your account.
- Don’t misuse Prillo: no unlawful content, no harassing anyone, no trying to break in.
- We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. We’ll tell you why.
Your content
What you add stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run Prillo. You can delete it, and close your account, at any time. See Privacy.
Trial and paying
- New accounts get 7 days free with every feature.
- After that, plans are paid monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you pay. Yearly is cheaper. Prices include VAT where it applies.
- Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- If you’re a consumer, you can also cancel within 14 days of paying and get a refund, less a fair amount for any days you used it.
When things go wrong
We work to keep Prillo running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will never be down or never have a fault. Keep your own copies of anything vital.
We’re responsible for loss we cause that was foreseeable, up to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We’re not responsible for building work, for what homeowners and builders agree between them, or for business losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits what the law doesn’t let us limit, such as your rights as a consumer.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you first. These terms are under the law of England and Wales.
